Steel working: plastic processing, machining and welding
Our machine park for steel processing allows the perfect maintenance of project parameters, having high accuracy and recurrence of production
More detailsPlastic processing of steel
We deal with plastic processing of steel (processing of sheets, profiles, wires and rods), for which we use a precise edge press of the renowned Italian company Vimercati PHY75 CNC, a three-roller rolling mill, a 3D wire bender: VARO PTE-3D CNC, a 3D bender for pipes and profiles Shuz Tung CNC 50BR2 assisted by a 2D three-roller bender.
We process pipe ends on the Mille Miglia DS70 reducer.
We have 2 hydraulic presses: a small 40-tonne press and a large 240-ton gantry press. We also produce orders using our 4 eccentric presses: from 25 to 40 tons.
Cutting
For cutting steel, we use, among others, a CNC band saw with Bromar automatic feeder. Our machine park also includes band saws: WORKLINE 610.450 DGH (big size) and EasyCut 275.230DG (small size). We also perform the cutting process on two MACC precision circular saws. We cut the metal sheets on a Vimercati precise guillotine, and on a BODOR P3 6kW laser.
Machining
Material removal by machining is a very precise method of shaping steel products, which takes place by transforming the raw material into an element of a specific form and dimensions. Our machine park for machining allows the perfect preservation of project parameters, having high accuracy and recurrence of production.
We perform the subtractive machining with the use of conventional lathes, milling machines and 5 column drills. We have our own grinding shop with 5 belt grinders from the renowned FEIN Grit company, as well as a blasting room.
Welding and spot welding
We carry out welding and spot welding in a well-equipped welding shop with a compact Nederman extraction system, which includes: 6 semi-automatic MIG / MAG welding machines by Fronius, 4 TIG welders and a cell with an ABB welding robot.
The steel spot welding processes are carried out on 5 ASPA column welding machines and two manual spot welding machines.
