We are able to make the product in any quantity. We have warehouse spaces, thanks to which we can store specific quantities of the product for the client’s needs (the conditions to be agreed individually).

01.
CONSULTATION

The production process always begins with consulting the client’s idea with the leading engineer. Often at this stage, a technical drawing of the product is created.
02.
QUOTATION
Within a few working days, the client receives a quote for the project, on the basis of which he decides about the production order.
03.
DESIGN

Production is based on an individual and unique design, depending on the complexity of the product.
04.
PROTOTYPE
After receiving the order from the customer, it is possible to make a prototype (with the possibility of its modification if necessary). Then we proceed to the implementation of the appropriate product or the entire series.
05.
PRODUCTION

We always make sure that the production process runs smoothly. However, the lead time of an order depends on several factors. First of all, it is the capacity status of the production plant at the time of accepting the order, the type of technological process and the degree of complexity of the product.
06.
DELIVERY
After the production is completed, we offer the option of delivering the order to the address indicated by the customer with our own transport (in the area of up to 200 km) and by courier in Poland and abroad. The cost of delivery is always calculated individually. The order can also be picked up by the customer at our place.
07.
WARRANTY

Our products are covered by a warranty, and its terms are always set individually for each order. Customers have the right to send the claim if product defects are detected. In such case, he contacts the client’s account manager. Claims are considered within 1 week.
